Please log into your Powerschool Parent Portal account onlinethrough your desktop or web browser (not the app) to complete the following form(s).
Select the Student Fees Tab (not all forms have a fee)
On the Fees page, select the correct student tab and you will see "New Items" at the bottom of the page with the forms that your student may need to complete.
Forms will need to be completed under each student tab.
All students must have the Walking/Running Field Trip Informed Consent. This allows the teacher to take students on a walk, through our School Community, anytime during the school year. This is also required for students to participate in the Terry Fox Run on September 25th, 2025.
The Lunch Hour Off School Ground Permissionform is available to all students in Grades 7 to 9. This form allows them to leave the school during the lunch hour.
