"My family came to Stony Plain in 2009. We are from Serbia and English is our second language; we did not speak any English before coming to Stony Plain. All of the staff at High Park have been so very friendly with helping us to adjust to living in Canada, with learning about how school works and with adjusting to living in a brand new country. My two daughters have done very well in school and have made good friends too, while they have been at High Park. I tell so many people how High Park has helped us and they do not believe me when I tell them all the nice things. Even my English has improved because of the English as a Second Language class that I was able to take at the school. I cannot say enough good things about High Park and the people who work there - our family loves it!"
